Declaration

I agrees that:

  • My dinghy is a monohull up to 5.5m in length.
  • My dinghy has a max PY of 1382.
  • A dinghy space may not be available.
  • I will not move my dinghy to another space without approval.
  • I will secure my dinghy and trolley when not in use.
  • I will attach a label to the trolley and trailer with class/sail number.
  • I will hold adequate third-party liability insurance for my dinghy.
  • Club officials can move my boat or trailer where access is required.
  • This excludes storage of trailers in the dinghy park unless approved.
  • I am responsible for the seaworthiness of the dinghy whilst afloat.
  • Responsibility is excluded from the club for any loss or damage.
  • Dinghy park fees are only applicable for the current year.
